Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AdzOn, including advertiser accounts, publisher accounts, admin-reviewed marketplace features, ad delivery, reporting, billing, and related services.

These terms are launch-readiness terms and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad public release.

Acceptance

By creating an account, using a dashboard, placing the publisher script, creating ads, subscribing to a plan, or requesting publisher revenue, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from them.

If you use AdzOn on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update account, billing, website, and business profile information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may require email verification, website review, ad review, billing verification, fraud review, tax or payout information, and identity or business checks before enabling marketplace features.

Marketplace Roles

Advertisers use AdzOn to create business profiles, generate ad drafts, submit ads, subscribe to delivery plans, and review campaign reporting.

Publishers use AdzOn to register websites, configure placements, install the publisher script, accept publisher terms, earn eligible revenue, and request withdrawals.

A user may have both advertiser and publisher access only when they create the corresponding business profile or publisher website.

Acceptable Use

You must not break platform security, submit illegal or misleading content, inflate traffic or revenue, use bots or forced clicks, misuse platform data, place the publisher script on prohibited content, or use AdzOn in violation of privacy, advertising, consumer protection, sanctions, export, tax, or payment laws.

Review and Enforcement

AdzOn may review, approve, reject, pause, remove, or limit ads, websites, accounts, placements, traffic, subscriptions, withdrawals, and other marketplace activity. Review decisions may be manual, automated, or both.

We may quarantine suspicious events, deny billable status, withhold revenue, request information, suspend accounts, or terminate access when needed to protect the marketplace.

Billing and Subscriptions

Advertiser plans are billed through our payment provider. Plan availability, included delivery, pricing, and features may change. Failed, canceled, incomplete, disputed, or past-due billing may limit ad creation, ad delivery, reporting, or other advertiser features.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Publisher Revenue and Withdrawals

Publisher revenue is based on eligible, valid, chargeable events after deduplication, signed-token validation, fraud review, moderation, advertiser billing status, and marketplace rules are applied. Reported balances may be pending, available, approved, paid, rejected, or adjusted.

We may apply holding periods, minimum withdrawal amounts, manual review, processor checks, fraud review, tax/KYC review, and payout status tracking. We may reverse or adjust amounts tied to invalid traffic, refunds, chargebacks, errors, or policy violations.

Privacy and Tracking

Use of AdzOn is subject to our Privacy Policy and Tracking Disclosure. Publishers are responsible for providing legally sufficient notices and obtaining legally required visitor consent before enabling non-essential cookies, local storage, fingerprinting, or tracking technologies.

Third-Party Services

AdzOn integrates with third-party providers for payments, hosting, email, AI-generated drafts, fraud checks, and other operations. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

AdzOn and its software, interfaces, scripts, documentation, branding, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, process, display, distribute, adapt, and analyze it as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed for domains, ads, logos, images, landing pages, and other content submitted to AdzOn.

Disclaimers

AdzOn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific revenue, ad delivery volume, campaign performance, approval outcomes, or error-free reporting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AdzOn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Termination

You may stop using AdzOn at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal risk, fraud risk, payment issues, security risk, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes should be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
